CUBS.

Female grizzlies are attentive parents to their cub.They discipline their offspring and are willingto defend them till death.The cub are being cared for while thye are between 2-5 years before they are sent to fend for themselves.

While inherbinating within their dens, 1-5 cubs are being born to their mothers. At birth, the cubs weigh less than a pound but they quickly put on .

GRIZZLY BEAR.

This is the symbol of America wilderness.it was found during the exploration of Idaho's bitteroot mountain in the nineteen century.As the nation expanded its number reduced becauseof the unchecked hunting and trapping.
The grizzly bear is also know as ursidea. It is called the grizzly bear because it grizzled at the silvertipped coast.
There are about 1,200 grizzles in the lower 48 states and about 31,700 in alaska sand also 25,000 in canada approximately.
APPEARANCE
It ranges from dark brown to light blondand also they are tan or brown with coloured legs. The darker ones are found in coastal area while the lighter ones are found in the interior area.
SIZE
The male ranges from 800 pounds while that of female ranges from 60-70 percent of the male weight.
It can live as long as 25-30 old...................................
